Our Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii training program begins four to five weeks before your grand opening. The program takes place at one of our training stores and provides you with hands-on, in-store learning. You will be introduced to every facet of our business, from coffee education to visual merchandising.

One week before your grand opening, our team will conduct a training tune-up at your store, using your own equipment so that you and your employees feel empowered to bring the Aloha Spirit to your community.

OPERATION Bad Ass

From the signing of your franchise agreement, our operations team is by your side. We are on-site to assist during the opening and will continue to visit your store to provide additional training and development, business performance consultations, and feedback that helps you operate in accordance with brand standards and see success.

Royal Aloha Enterprises LLC, a Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii affiliate, works with suppliers and vendors to provide your store with premium Hawaiian coffee for the best prices possible. This provides our franchisees with a one-stop-shop experience for critical products and supplies. The purchasing team also provides insights, analysis and recommendations for ordering to make the process as efficient as possible.
