Originally introduced to the Kona region in 1828 by Reverend Samuel Ruggles from Brazilian cuttings, Kona coffee gained recognition as a brand in the late 19th century, thanks to English merchant Henry Nicholas Greenwell. Today, Greenwell Farms, the oldest coffee farm in Hawaii, remains our proud partner, cultivating Kona coffee for over 30 years across five generations.
